<p>A humidity control device regulates the humidity of air in a target space. The humidity control device is provided with a processor for regulating the humidity of air in a target space by causing the air to pass through a moisture absorptive liquid (L); a regenerator for regenerating the moisture absorptive liquid (L) used for the processing by the processor; a moisture-absorptive-liquid pipe path (50) mounted so as to extend via a ventilating opening (70) which ventilates the target space and sending the moisture absorptive liquid (L) from the processor to the regenerator; and a regenerating section (60) utilizing exhaust air, the regenerating section (60) regenerating the moisture absorptive liquid (L) by causing air, which is discharged from the target space via the ventilating opening (70), to pass through the moisture absorptive liquid (L) flowing to the regenerator through the moisture-absorptive-liquid pipe path (50). The construction enhances energy utilization efficiency of the humidity control device.</p>
