PURPOSE: A waveguide sheet and a waveguide sheet manufacturing method equipped with a scattering pattern corresponding to a button are provided to accurately recognize the button of a keypad by minimizing the loss of the light source. CONSTITUTION: A waveguide pad(220) includes a scattering pattern(260) corresponding to a button offered to the bottom surface of a transparent film(240). The waveguide pad is close to the light source. The thickness of one side faced with the light source is thinner than the internal thickness of the waveguide pad. The waveguide pad directly spreads the light-passing resin of the liquid on the light penetration film by using the mold.
