PURPOSE: A pressure sensing method, a pressure sensor, a parameter determining method and a parameter sensor system are provided to minimize an rounding error, to make a signal processing fast and to reduce the electrical energy consumption. CONSTITUTION: Authorized temperature and pressure are offered to a pressure sensor having output(P) which is changed based on frequency(F) and temperature(T) of the sensor. In the authorized temperature and pressure, the frequency of sensor is decided. A data point showing the frequency, temperature and pressure is collected. A fixed polynomial expression is generated from the data point. Unknown variable pressure is detected in the fixed temperature in which the sensor has the fixed frequency. The polynomial expression including the fixed frequency and fixed temperature is selected from the above polynomial expression. Output and temperature values are calculated from the selected polynomial expression. The output value is generated from the calculated value. |
