PURPOSE: A sun visor molding apparatus and method are provided to prevent a casing film from being slipped while bonded and to enhance adhesion of a damping sheet by heating the casing film enough. CONSTITUTION: A sun visor molding apparatus comprises top and bottom molds(15,16) in which cavities(25,26) of sun visor shape are formed, a core(10) which is formed in the center of the apparatus, damping sheets(5,6) and casing films(40,41) which are laminated successively and bonded along the perimeter of the cavities, straight parts(29) which are formed on the edges of the cavities and contact each other, and declined parts(30) which are formed on the inner side of the straight parts.
