PURPOSE: A thermal mat is provided to be used in a clean state by a cover part detached and attached to the surface of the mat, and emit far-infrared rays to the human body efficiently by a magnet or ceramics embedded in the mat. CONSTITUTION: The thermal mat includes: an outer cover(20) having multi-layered non-woven fabric, antibiotic compression cotton, a heating line, and a far-infrared radiator located therein, and an edge part(30) covering the outer periphery thereof and processed by a stitch line(40); a connection unit(50) formed on one side of the outer cover and connected with a connection terminal of a temperature controller in the state of being connected with the heating line; and a lid part(60) for detachably covering the exterior of mat while always keeping the upper side tight. The outer cover does not have a coating layer for smoothly emitting far-infrared rays to the outside through the outer cover.
