PURPOSE: A height-controllable berthage is provided to regulate the height of the deck according to water level not to expose the support columns above the water surface. CONSTITUTION: A height-controllable berthage comprises a deck(10) and a plurality of support columns(20). The deck is installed horizontally to float on the water of lake or sea. The support columns are installed under the deck and fixed to the floor of lake or sea. The support column is made up of an extensible cylinder in which an inner pipe and an outer pipe are inserted each other, and the internal space of the support column is connected to a compressed air source to regulate the height through the supply of compressed air.
