<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasmin specific activity inhibitor which especially specifically inhibits only the activity of plasmin and does not inhibit the activity of trypsin. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is the plasmin specific activity inhibitor which does not inhibit the activity of the trypsin and comprises a Cinnamomum cassia Blume solvent extract. The plasmin specific activity inhibitor is applied to pharmaceutical preparations for improving various diseases in which the changes in the activity of the plasmin are recognized. Especially, the plasmin specific activity inhibitor is applied to pharmaceutical preparations for improving skin diseases such as contact dermatitis, psoriasis, pemphigus vulgaris, and congenital chicken pox in whose disease sites the changes in the activity of plasmin are recognized.
