摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversible thermosensitive recording medium enabling high coloring concentration, reduction of white spots and unifomization of an image and showing excellent deletion by a thermal head such as an enlargement of a deletable energy area. <P>SOLUTION: The reversible thermosensitive recording medium has a record layer comprising a reversible thermo-coloring composition utilizing a coloring reaction between an electron donating coloring compound and an electron accepting compound and a binder resin wherein the electron accepting compound is a phenol compound having a 10C or more long aliphatic group and a group containing a hydrogen bonding active hydrogen, and an intermediate layer having a hollow ratio of not less than 70% and containing a hollow particle having a maximum particle diameter (D100) of 5.0 to 10.0 &mu;m and a ratio D100/D50 of 2.0 to 3.0, (D50) being a 50% frequency particle diameter, is mounted between a support and the record layer; and the deletable energy area by the deletion with the thermal head is not less than 0.1 mJ/dot. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
