METHOD FOR PRODUCING VESICLE, VESICLE OBTAINED BY THE METHOD AND W/O/W EMULSION FOR PRODUCING VESICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a vesicle, which simultaneously achieves a high inclusion rate of active ingredient and control of particle diameter.

SOLUTION: The vesicle is produced by a process for producing a W/O emulsion from an aqueous solution containing a substance to be included in a dissolved or suspended state and an organic solvent phase containing a lipid having an emulsification ability of constituting a vesicle, a process for producing a W/O/W emulsion from the above W/O emulsion and an external water-phase solution of a water-soluble emulsifying agent not breaking a vesicle lipid membrane and a process for removing the organic solvent phase from the W/O/W emulsion to form a vesicle.
