<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for red lead which is energy saving and has small grain diameters and a high oxidizing degree. <P>SOLUTION: Lead powder 1 essentially composed of lead monoxide and comprising metal lead is fired at about 450°C while being stirred using a stirring blade 18 in a reaction furnace in an oxygen-containing atmosphere; wherein, reaction furnaces b, c composed of a plurality of steps are used, and, the lead powder 1 is fired while being naturally dropped from the reaction furnace 19b in the uppermost step to the reaction furnace 19c in the lower step in order. Then, the space between the reaction furnace 19b in the uppermost step and the reaction furnace 19c in the following step is provided with a crusher 21 using a crushing blade 22, and flocculated powder is crushed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
