<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for decoloring a sugar solution, providing a high decoloring performance at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A resin column 10 is partitioned into the upper chamber 12 and the lower chamber 14 by a partitioning member 30. An acrylic basic anion exchange resin is packed in the upper chamber 12 so as to form a space 101 in its upper part, and a styrenic basic anion exchange resin is packed in the lower chamber 14 so as to form a space 103 at its upper part. The lower chamber 14 is equipped with an intermediate collector 40 buried in the styrenic basic anion exchange resin. The resin column 10 also has a means for passing a regenerant into the acrylic basic anion exchange resin by descending current, and a means for passing a regenerant into the styrenic basic anion exchange resin packed in the lower part of the intermediate collector 40 by ascending current. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
