<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer which can specifically detect kiwi fruit, walnut, apple, yam, banana or soybean from a food, because serious health harms have been seen in persons having specific allergic constitutions at a constant frequency in the past, in researches related to the actual states of food allergy and the elucidation of an allergy-inducing substance, also on 20 items of abalone, squid, shrimp, crab, salmon, mackerel, chicken, pork, salmon roe, beef, gelatin, orange, kiwi fruit, walnut, soybean, Tricholoma matsutake, peach, yam, apple and banana [hereinafter referred to as (corresponding to specific raw materials)]. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is a PCR primer comprising a DNA maximally having 30 bases and containing a DNA base sequence characteristic to the above food raw material plants on the 3'-terminal side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
