<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relief valve for easily and surely adjusting releasing pressure of fluid, without disassembling an installing pipe and device, and without particularly using a tool. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A valve body 1 is partitioned into an inflow chamber 11 having an inflow hole 102 and an outflow chamber having an outflow hole 104. A housing 2 is erected in a mode of arranging the inflow hole 102 and the outflow hole 104 in an internal part in an external part of the valve body, and a handle cap 3 is threadably attached so as to cover an upper surface opening. A stem 4 is arranged inside the handle cap 3, and a valve element 6 is arranged in the inflow hole 102. The valve element 6 is biased by arranging a coil spring 5 between the stem 4 and the valve element 6, and the releasing pressure of the fluid is adjusted by changing the compression length of the coil spring by rotating the handle cap 3.
