<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a user in an elevator hall feels displeasure about passage of an elevator not directed to the hall, as a countermeasure in the past, operation is controlled for inhibiting the passage of the elevator by the hall and the user has a long waiting time for an elevator. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Existence of the user in the elevator hall is detected, and when an elevator to be directed is decided, until the directed elevator arrives at the floor where the user exists, elevators not directed are made invisible so that the user can not see behavior such as passage by the floor.
