The pump has a bearing body (4.2) rotatably accommodated in a bearing bush, and a guide groove centrally located in perpendicular direction concerning front side (4.1), where the groove is opened in a direction of the front side and extends transverse to movement direction of a piston (2). The piston has a projection (2.1) engaging parallel to rotation axis (5) of a drive shaft (6) in the groove, where the projection is unrotatable concerning the bearing body and is movable back and froth transverse to the movement direction of the piston in the groove.
