The method involves initially guiding at least one web or partial web (03.l) over a folding device, over an odd number of, particularly only one, turning bars (19) and, finally, without passing it through a former, uniting it with a partial strand guided over the former (11) on a side that has been folded in, before transversely cutting this partial strand into product sections. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) an arrangement for producing a product section (B) and a product section of a roller rotation printer.
