The arrangement (9) has exhaust gas guiding units (4, 6), where the cross section of the units is perpendicular to a main flow direction of an exhaust gas. The cross section is limited by an inner wall and an outer wall. The walls are connected with each other by an effective heat conducting area (5) such that an effective heat exchange exists between the walls. The walls do not receive the temperature of the exhaust gas during application of the exhaust gas. A thermoelectric module (1) is arranged at the outer wall. An independent claim is also included for an exhaust gas aftertreatment arrangement with a device for transforming and/or removing pollutants contained in the exhaust gas of an internal-combustion engine.
