<p>A fin-tube heat exchanger (1) is provided with heat transfer fins (2) arranged in an airflow so as to be spaced apart from each other in the direction of the plate thickness of the heat transfer fins, and also with heat transfer tubes (3) inserted in the heat transfer fins (2) so as to be arranged in a direction substantially perpendicular to the direction of the airflow. Each heat transfer fin (2) has formed thereon main cut-and-raised sections provided on opposite sides of a heat transfer tube (3) with respect to a direction perpendicular thereto so as to be arranged from the airflow upstream side to the airflow downstream side. Each heat transfer fin (2) also has formed thereon auxiliary cut-and-raised sections formed by cutting and raising processing, and the auxiliary cut-and-raised sections are arranged at positions farther from the heat transfer tub (3) than the main cut-and-raised sections.</p>
