The device has a holder (13) provided for a spray nozzle containing a stimulant. The holder is inserted from bottom into a handle piece (10) mounted at a firearm in a detachable manner, where the device is mounted at the firearm such that the device is actuated by a gripping hand or a triggering hand. The device discharges the stimulant during actuation in a shooting direction. The device is mounted at a gun or an automatic pistol, where the device is arranged on a handle attached in a front area at a lower side of a muzzle. The device is detachably fastened below the muzzle of the firearm.
