<p>PURPOSE: A variable valve lift device is provided to make timing when a valve operates become fast by reducing the lifting quantity of a valve. CONSTITUTION: A variable valve lift device comprises a cam shaft(104), a rocker-arm shaft(115), a shaft carrier(102), a rocker arm(110), a first link(125), an amplification lever(130), a second link(135), an output cam(140), a variable drive shaft, and a valve(160). An input cam(100) is formed on the cam shaft. The rocker-arm shaft is parallel to the cam shaft. The cam shaft is mounted on one side of the shaft carrier and the rocker-arm shaft is mounted on the other side of the shaft carrier. The rocker arm is installed on the rocker-arm shaft and a first roller(105) adhering closely to the input cam is arranged on one end. The first link is connected to the other end of the rocker arm. The middle part of the amplification lever is connected to the first link and one end is coupled with the shaft carrier. The second link is connected to the other end of the amplification lever. The output cam is mounted on the cam shaft and one side of the output cam is connected to the second link. The variable drive shaft rotates the shaft carrier at the fixed angle. The valve moves according to the profile part.</p> |
