PURPOSE: A device for supporting solar cell board solar photovoltaic device is provided to easily control the angle of inclination of the fixed solar panel and supporting frame. CONSTITUTION: While the solar panel(50) is attached to the supporting frame(13), the supporting frame is connected to the upper end of the support pillar(11) and is rotatable. The first concatenated load(17) is connected to the support pillar while a plurality of first joint holes is formed. The secondary connection load(23) is connected to the supporting frame while a plurality of second joint holes is formed. The connecting member couples selectively the first concatenated load and the secondary connection load. One among the first concatenated load and the secondary connection load comprise the hollow in which the leading end is opened. The solar panel generates the electrical energy by using the energy of sunlight.
