PURPOSE: A client-customized freelancer providing system for supplying a client-customized service by the selection of the freelancer is provided to reduce a call cost by supplying corresponding customer information by selecting the freelancer according to the level of the freelancer. CONSTITUTION: A client terminal(10) transmits a service division and a grade, and the range information and customer information of a service area for a request of a freelancer service to a free lance management server(100). A freelancer terminal(20) transmits classification and class of the freelancer, and the range information and free lance information to a freelancer management server. The free lance management server receives information to the client terminal and free lance terminal. If the free lance in which client wants exists, the free lance management server offers the corresponding customer information to the freelancer. The freelancer management server automatically adjusts a class.
