PURPOSE: A drying apparatus is provided to stir red pepper and maximize dry efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A drying apparatus comprises a housing(100) to which red peppers are input; a transfer unit(200) which stirs and transfers red peppers using a transfer member(210) which rotates by drying of motor(220); a hot air supplier(300) which supplies hot wind to dry moisture; an air circulation part which circulates the hot air and discharges waste air to the outside; and a support(500). |
