PURPOSE: A PCB mounting type terminal is provided to reduce the number of working processes by mounting terminals directly on a circuit board without separate connector. CONSTITUTION: A settling portion(23) is bent from both ends of the body portion(21). In both sides of the settling portion, the guide rail(24) is respectively installed. The settling portion is combined in the mounting member to be slid. The elastic piece(26) is respectively bent from a pair of settling portions in the orthogonal direction of combining with a mounting member. It is electrically connected to the connector area of the inserted counterpart in which the elastic piece is inserted.
