<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly thickening starch adhesive composition comprising a combination of xanthan gum, and Tara gum or Cyamoposis Gum, and showing synergistically excellent thickening properties by overcoming defects such as poor liquid separation, and occurrence of pasty feeling and sticky feeling when the composition is added to food. <P>SOLUTION: This highly thickening starch adhesive composition is obtained by mixing (C) karaya gum with a starch adhesive composition which contains (A) xanthan gum, and (B) Tara gum and/or Cyamoposis Gum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
