<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein an image device operates at a constant frame rate based on NTSC or PAL standard as an imaging means even if its video image transmitting frame rate on a communication line is low, and a video image becomes unnatural since the video image is thinned out if the output of the imaging means is tuned to the rate of the communication line. <P>SOLUTION: According to an active output terminal and an active video mode, the frame rate of the imaging means and the output frame rate of a video image output means are changed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
