摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic substrate for mounting a photoelectric conversion element in which emission efficiency can be enhanced by reflecting light being emitted from the photoelectric conversion element with high efficiency, while ensuring sufficient adhesion strength to conductor wiring. <P>SOLUTION: On the surface of a substrate 1 containing alumina and silica, where the content of silica is 2 mass% or higher, a coating layer 2 is formed of a material having the content of alumina higher than that of the substrate 1, by removing the silica in the surface layer of the substrate 1 and remaining the alumina. A metal conductor layer 3 is formed on the surface of the coating layer 2. Since high adhesion is attained between the coating layer 2 and the metal conductor layer 3, peeling strength of the metal conductor layer 3 can be enhanced, and on the surface of the substrate 1, high light reflectivity is maintained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
