<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of image quality in an optical apparatus provided with a shake correction function, using an optical correction member such as an imaging element displaceably supported to a lens barrel, or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The optical apparatus includes a lens group, displaceably provided along an optical axis; a focusing motor 405 for generating drive force displacing the lens group; the imaging element for receiving external light via the lens group; a flange 402 for supporting the focusing motor 405 and displaceably supporting the imaging element in a prescribed direction; and flange fixing screws 404 for fixing the flange 402 to a fixing frame 103 supporting the flange 402, by being provided on both the sides of the focusing motor 405 in a direction of intersecting a first direction.
