<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in deciding a position of a mobile body radio terminal within a mobile body radio system. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A method and system are based on new Time Difference of Arrival "TDOA". In a step 511, Time of Arrival "TOA" and Direction of Arrival "DOA" are measured at three radio base stations. In the step 515, an exchange station transmits to a service node with an MS-ID. In a step 517, the service node calculates the position of the mobile body radio terminal by a triangulation algorithm using "TOA" information which is supplemented by "DOA" information.
