<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal, a communication control apparatus, a communication system and a communication method capable of giving predetermined ease to a user of a called communication terminal by enabling the user to estimate a calling source even if the called communication terminal does not have history information. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A transmitting-side communication terminal 20 includes: a storage section 23 for storing specific history information, about communications in the past with a receiving-side communication terminal 30, containing telephone numbers; a history decision section 24 for deciding whether the specific history information is included in history information items stored in the storage section 23 while using a telephone number of the receiving-side communication terminal 30 when transmitted to the receiving-side communication terminal 30; and a history transmission section 25 for transmitting to the receiving-side communication terminal 30 the specific history information with the receiving-side communication terminal 30, among history information items stored in the storage section 23, when it is decided by the history decision section 24 that the specific history information is included in the history information items stored in the storage section 23.
