<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a hole through which a drive shaft is projected at high positional accuracy while reducing cost for manufacturing a case. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An electric part includes a case 20 wherein the inside of the case is blocked by fixing a second case 22 to a first case 21 wherein the second case 22 is formed by being separated from the first case 21; a drive shaft 30 slidably and movabably held by the second case 22 while one end of the shaft is projected to the outside of the case 20; and a detection sensor 40 contained in the first case 21 and outputting signals to the outside depending on the moving amount of the drive shaft 30. A containing part 21e conforming to the outer shape of a fixing part 22b of the second case corresponding to the first case 21 is provided at the first case 21. After the fixing part 22b of the second case 22 is contained in the containing part 21e, the second case 22 is fixed to the first case 21 by the thermal deformation of a sidewall 21f of the containing part 21e.
