FIELD: measurement of physical parameters and condition of object surface. SUBSTANCE: device has source of electromagnetic radiation with cylindrical forming system, detector of optical radiation with focusing optical connected to information processing unit, scanning unit - system of linear displacement in direction perpendicular of axis of cylindrical forming system. Source is optically coupled to surface of object and detector is optically coupled via focusing system to section of surface located in front of interaction zone of source with surface of object along linear translation. Longitudinal axis of section is parallel to axis of cylindrical forming system. Matrix detector with axis of positioning of elements parallel to axis of cylindrical forming system is taken as detector. EFFECT: increased spatial resolution. 1 dwg
