<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flap-type solenoid valve in which two electromagnets fixed to a body frame so as to be tiltable can be assembled more easily and accurately, and a method of manufacturing the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The flap-type solenoid valve includes: an inverse U-shaped body frame 12 including a bottom plate 13 and two lateral plates 14; a flap 15 for opening and closing a valve body 35 according to a swing; and an upper electromagnet 23 and a lower electromagnet 24 for attracting the flap 15 in opening and closing directions of the valve body 35, respectively. Upper surfaces 14A of both the lateral plates 14 and the upper surface 13A of the bottom plate 13 of the body frame 12 of the flap solenoid valve are assembled so as to be tiltable with respect to a bottom surface of the body frame 12. The upper electromagnet 23 and the lower electromagnet 24 are fixed to the tilted upper surface 14A of both lateral plates 14 and the tilted upper surface 13A of the bottom plate 13, respectively.
