<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form support strut for building, which can be connected to a form to be used at an optional necessary point in the longitudinal direction of the strut regardless of the shape or size of the form or without needing advance boring operation for a bolt hole. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Two lengthy tubular members 45 are disposed in opposition to each other to form a space part s between the tubular members 45 and 45, the interval of the space part s is defined by positioning brackets 52 and 52 fixed to each of a base fitting 50 positioned by being fixed to the lower end portion of both the tubular members 45 and 45 and a top fitting 55 positioned by being fixed to the upper end portion thereof, and the lower end portion and upper end portion of both the tubular members 45 and 45 are fixed in shape by fastening and fixation by a bolt 53b to a nut 53 fixed to the positioning brackets 52 and 52.
