<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle parking base allowing a motorcycle to be easily parked without any toppling of the motorcycle even during a large earthquake by a front wheel stopper which fixes a base mainly on the ground to hold a front wheel of the motorcycle, and a fixing tool for fixing a handlebar of the motorcycle, and allowing a user to easily attach/detach the motorcycle parking base irrespective of the position of the handlebar of the motorcycle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the motorcycle parking base, a front wheel stopper for attachably/detachably holding a front wheel of a motorcycle and a supporting frame for supporting the motorcycle are provided on a base, and a vertical arm for vertically moving a horizontal arm having a fixing tool for fixing a handlebar of the motorcycle is provided on the supporting frame.
