Disclosed is a washer with a preheat function to wash bottles for filling in high temperature and method to preheat the bottle. The washer comprises a heat exchanger(30) and 5 pumps(41, 42, 43, 44, 45). The heat exchanger(30) is divided into 4 heaters(31, 32, 33, 34). The 1st pump(41) preliminarily washes the bottle with cooled water by the 1st heater(31). The temperature of water from the 1st pump(41) is rised up. The 2nd pump(42) secondly washes the bottle with middle temperature. The temperature of water from the 2nd pump(42) is rised up. The 3rd pump(43) exchanges the water heat from the tank of middle temperature with the 2nd heater(32), The 4th pump(44) supplies the water of high temperature for third washing. The 5th pump(45) exchanges the water heat from the tank of high temperature with the 3rd heater(32). Thereby, the heating energy is saved and efficient washing is performed.
