PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency in segregating floor panels upon recycling by enabling easy replacement of a damaged plate material with a new plate material and by enabling easy removal of the plate material from a panel body when the floor panel is discarded. SOLUTION: In the floor panel P including the panel body 1 and the plate material 2 with an insulating function which is suitable for the panel body 1, the floor panel P includes the panel body 1 and the plate material 2 with the insulating function which is removably suitable for the panel body 1.
