PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall reinforcing structure which strengthens fixation of an exterior wall panel and furring strips through inexpensive and easy operations by enabling operations from an indoor side, without the need for the erection of scaffolding on the downside of a three-dimensional parking system or the installation of a gondola, in the reinforcement of an exterior wall. SOLUTION: The exterior wall includes the furring strips 8 which are mounted on a steel frame, the exterior wall panel 2 which is fixed to the furring strips from the outside by means of a screw 14, and a sealing material which is infilled into a joint between the exterior wall panels. A rod-like fixing member 22 passes through a joint portion from the inside of the furring strips. The exterior wall panel is fixed to the furring strips by means of the fixing member; a leading end of the fixing member has a bendable locking portion 19; the locking portion is bent by passing through the exterior wall panel, and laid between the adjacent exterior wall panels; and a nut 21 is screwed to a base end of the fixing member, so that the exterior wall panel can be fixed to the furring strips.
