JOINING MATERIAL AND CALCULATING METHOD OF COMPONENTS OF JOINING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining material capable of achieving a short joining time and stabilizing joining strength. SOLUTION: Decomposition reaction of myristic acid is more activated by a synergetic effect of a reaction-promoting function by silver carbonate 24 and a reaction-promoting function by myristic acid (silver myristate 16 and myristic acid crystalline 26), namely, by promoting reduction of silver carbonate 24 by myristic acid to supply oxygen necessary for an organic decomposition reaction by heating and baking. This generates heat increase along an application range of the joining material 12 to improve joining strength and shorten the joining time. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
