PURPOSE: A cap assembly is provided to operate a vent under small breakdown pressure, to and improve down pressure dissemination of the vent, thereby improving the safety of a secondary battery. CONSTITUTION: A cap assembly comprises a vent(73). The vent comprises a body part(731), a flange part(733), and a connection part(735) positioned between the body part and the flange part. The connection part is thinner than the body part and the flange part. The body part is positioned in a central part of vent. The flange part is formed the outside of the body part based on the connection part. |
