<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a composition for increasing a serum level of testosterone in a male mammal. <P>SOLUTION: The method for increasing a serum level of testosterone in a male mammal includes a process for giving, to the male mammal, an effective dosage of compounds including cis-clomiphene and trans-clomiphene or its analogue or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt or its solvate, and, as required, one or more pharmaceutically acceptable compounds including a diluent, an adjuvant, a carrier, and a vehicle.
