<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reliably present conference materials without imposing large operational loads on a conference host or participants by maintaining high security of the conference materials. <P>SOLUTION: E-mail for conference notice in which a name of conference is written in a subject area of a header in a predetermined format as a conference ID, a notice of the conference and URL of Web servers WSV1 to WSVk are written in the mail text, and conference materials created separately and MIME (Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions) encoded are attached as attachment is transmitted to a conference support server RSV from user terminals CT1 to CTn. In the conference support server RSV, according to a conference material registration control program 131, a conference material table is created in a conference material management database DB with information indicating the name of conference written as the subject in the header of the received E-mail as a conference ID and the attachment of the E-mail and the URL written in the mail text are stored in the conference material table. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
