<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the rotation speed of a motor even if an environment temperature changes. <P>SOLUTION: A motor drive circuit includes: a comparator for comparing a detected temperature voltage changing based on the temperature detected by a temperature detecting element with a rotation speed setting voltage for setting a prescribed rotation speed of a single phase motor, setting either of the detected temperature voltage and the rotational speed setting voltage as a duty setting voltage so that the single phase motor rotates at a higher rotation speed to output a control signal for driving the single phase motor based on the comparison results of a saw teeth-shaped voltage of a prescribed frequency and the duty setting voltage; a detected temperature voltage generating circuit for generating the detected temperature voltage; and a rotation speed setting voltage generating circuit for generating the ration speed setting voltage; and the rotation speed setting voltage generating circuit includes the first rotation speed setting voltage generating circuit for generating the first rotation speed setting voltage, and the second rotation speed setting voltage generating circuit for generating the second rotation speed setting voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
