<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which properly performs information guiding directly or through a bank clerk to a customer in each information guiding device, and reduces labor on the customer. <P>SOLUTION: When the identification information of a customer and the classification of an information guiding device are transmitted from the information notification device such as an Internet banking server 1 connected to a terminal which is operated by a customer or an ATM 2 which is operated by the customer or a counter terminal 3 which is operated by the bank clerk at the counter in response to a request from the customer to an information managing server 6, the information managing server 6 retrieves guiding information, priority, guiding timing and notification circumstances which is pertinent to the identification information and the classification of the device from a guide waiting information database 7b, and transmits them to the information guiding device which has transmitted the identification of the customer and the classification of the device, and the information guiding device selects the guiding information whose priority is high among the transmitted guiding information, and displays the guiding information on a display part in a timing designated in the guiding timing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
