PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent game media which are useless for game players from being dispensed, and lower the opportunity of dispensing the game media with money. SOLUTION: The game medium-dispensing machine includes: a game medium-dispensing means for receiving money and dispensing game media; and a calculating means which calculates the game media acquired by a game player through a game machine corresponding to the game medium dispensing machine. Then, the game medium-dispensing means is inhibited from receiving money when the calculated value becomes a predetermined threshold value or more. A money receiving control system includes a control device capable of reporting the predetermined threshold value to the game medium dispensing device as an object of money acceptance inhibition.
