PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gas-barrier film having excellent impact resistance while keeping gas-barrierness for a long time under high-humidity condition even without using an overcoating layer and to improve the potlife of a gas-barrier coating agent and the coating workability in the production process of the film. SOLUTION: A film laminate having a gas-barrier layer is produced by forming an adhesive layer on one surface of a nylon film and applying a gas-barrier coating agent on the adhesive layer, wherein the gas barrier coating agent is produced by adjusting the pH of an aqueous solution containing an alkoxysilane hydrolysate and a polyvinyl alcohol to≤3.5, and the adhesive layer has a property to neutralize the acidic component of the gas-barrier coating agent. A two-component urethane adhesive agent is used as the adhesive constituting the adhesive layer, and the components are mixed at a ratio of the hydroxyl group of the main agent of the adhesive to the isocyanate group of the curing agent of 1:(50-100).
