PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the degradation of strength of a frame and to reduce mounting man-hours and manufacturing man-hours. SOLUTION: A rotating shaft 2 is rotatably supported to the frame 1 through a bearing 3, and a stator and a rotator integral with the rotating shaft 2 are provided in the frame 1. A sheave 8 is integrally mounted to the rotator, and a bearing housing 1a supporting the bearing 3 in the frame 1 is provided with a projecting part 1c. The upper face of the projecting part 1c is provided with an oil sump 1d, and the frame 1 is provided with a discharge hole 1e penetrating from the oil sump 1d to the outer end.
