PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make costs low by reducing the number of components so as to simplify a structure, and to bring about the proper opening/closing operability of an interlocking sliding door by interlocking an inner door with an outer door in a constantly smooth manner so as to move them, without the idling of an interlocking roller. SOLUTION: This interlocking sliding door device makes a roller shaft 35 of the interlocking roller 25 held in such a manner as to be rotatable in the depth direction of an opening by a movable holder 40 of a supporting means 30 and linearly movable in an axial direction. An urging spring 50 makes a leading end 35a of the shaft constantly urged in a slanting direction directed to a line P of intersection, on which an inside plate surface 41 of the outer door B intersects an upper rail 14 of a guide rail L. The interlocking roller 25 is freely moved by an oblique urging force of the urging spring, so that a peripheral surface 25a can be brought into pressure contact with both the upper rail 14 and the inside plate surface 41 of the outer door B by constantly and directly abutting on them with no space in between.
