<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine control device comprising a learning value adjusting means capable of improving idle stability by preventing mutual interference between a throttle opening learning correcting means and idle rotation control during idle operation, and improving learning value computing accuracy through each learning correction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This engine control device includes a throttle opening learning correction execution permitting means for permitting the execution of the throttle opening learning correction under a predetermined condition in idle operation, and an idle-time learning value adjusting means for adjusting an idle rotation learning value based on the throttle opening learning value and the idle rotation learning value in a state that the throttle opening learning correction is permitted by the throttle opening learning correction execution permitting device.
