<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise tool which enhances the exercise effect to make a user continue walking for health enhancement and physical strength maintenance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The user puts a tape around the shoulder blades of the back, controls so that the upper arm and lower arm form roughly the right angle when he or she grips grip bars attached on both ends of the tape, and walks in this posture. In this walking posture, the positions of hands are kept close to the heart and, therefore, the fingertips of the hands are not congested. Compared with the case of walking without this tool, the stroke of the upper arms is larger and, therefore, the stretch effect to the shoulder blades is improved and stiff shoulders are effectively prevented. In addition, when the user stumbles and almost falls down, he or she can release the grip immediately to keep the body balance and falling down can be prevented. Walking with putting on a tool having a clear purpose alleviates embarrassment to other people's eyes. Instead, walking fashion can be improved by introducing colorful designs.
